Unlike most caterers, Beefalo Bob's cooks and slices pit beef, pit ham, pit turkey, and other meats fresh on site. We smoke all of our quality bbq meats naturally, the old fashioned way, with hickory wood (instead of gas) giving them a full, mouthwatering flavor that keeps everyone coming back for more.

In 1983, Beefalo Bob started catering for fairs and festivals and for businesses and private parties.  He then opened a carryout restaurant in Pasadena, Maryland to compliment the catering services. Several decades and thousands of pit beef sandwiches later, Beefalo Bob's has now served hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers.
