I want to compliment Beefalo Bob's Catering.  Your company catered a Barn Party for my daughter and son-in-law on Saturday night and we receiving nothing but positive compliments about the food Allen prepared and served.  Thanks for making the food (probably the most important part of a party) fantastic!!!

Dear Bob and Carole,

On October 7, I attended an affair that our best friends had. It was an anniversary / graduation party catered by your company.
The food was delicious, and what made it better was the kindness and consideration Allen and Robby showed the guests.
I have trouble walking and Allen helped me right away. He also held an umbrella for several people. None of this kindness interfered with his efficiency tending to the meat cutting, etc. Robby was very pleasant and made sure everyone got what they ordered.
I would not hesitate to recommend your catering business to anyone.

Bob and Carole,

I just wanted to drop a quick note regarding our experiences with Beefalo Bob's. We have used your catering service twice in the past year, and both times we had numerous people ask, "where did this food come from?" Many went raving on and on about your smoked pepper turkey! When I mentioned Beefalo Bob's to one friend, he went on and on about your food as he had thought it was yours since he had used you in the past as well.
Both you and your staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Based on our experiences, I know we'll always have Beefalo Bob's at our family functions and parties. For the price and quality, it just can't be beat.

My husband and I would like to than you for the wonderful food at our son's first birthday party. Thanks for all the extras and for the food you let us take home. Everyone raved over the food that was served. We never had so many compliments by mail and phone calls. Thanks again. We'll keep you in mind for our next affair, and we'll be in to sample more food. Please let our server, Rob, know how much we appreciated his hard work and the fact that he offered to help with our birthday affair. (Give him a raise.)

Your crew just left our company two hours ago. They did an excellent job from setting up through servicing and cleaning up. Our company was looking for a morale booster and your company greatly helped us in accomplishing our goal! Your employees were very friendly and seemed like they were a part of us. It has been a long time since our company has had a luncheon and this one included our client, temporary and a couple of past employees. We are not a large company but do pride ourselves on being good at what we do. I can honestly say that your crew exemplified that same spirit we have. The food was delicious. Everyone raved over the turkey and potato salad! Thank you for making our function a success! In the future, we will certainly consider your catering company.

Just wanted to send a note to say Thanks! The catering that you did for my son's birthday party was great! It was a pleasant experience working with you, Carole, to get the menu set up. When the food was picked up, we forgot some of the condiments, and one of your workers brought it to my house, which I say was very thoughtful! The food was delicious too! We had so many compliments on the food!

Dear Bob, Carole, and Matt,
We want to thank you for helping us to host our daughter's graduation party on July 23, 2006.  I blindly picked your name out of the yellow pages.  Can you believe that?  My daughter had just gotten her Masters Degree and we wanted to do something different, but we could not find anyone to cater the party that wasn't going to cost us an arm and a leg. And some companies were rude and did not even call us back. Your company was extremely reasonable with your pricing and with all that you offer the customer.  When I told my friends who were had contracted, then I began to hear all the good remarks about Beefalo Bob's.  Living in Ellicott City we were not familiar with your business on Mountain Road.
The party was the absolute best we had ever had at our house!  People called us the next day to rave about Beefalo Bob's food and how much fun they had had at the party. 
I want to also remark about how great the two men were that set up and did the serving at the party, Rob and Al.  How wonderful they were not only to me, but to our guests.
We would contract you to do another party in a flash when the need arises.
Thank you for being so accommodating and pleasant on the phone with our many questions and your suggestions that made our party as great as it turned out to be.

[Our company] held our second annual neighborhood gathering on Sunday, October 29th with over 250 people attending. Our event coordinator selected your company to cater the party and everyone was very pleased with her selection. The service by Allen, Laura, and Linzi was simply outstanding and the food nothing short of excellent! During the afternoon, we received dozens of positive comments from residents concerning both.
Your staff is not only professional but very personable and a credit to your company. Thank you for sending them and please thank them again for us for a job well done.

Dear Matt,
I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you and your staff for the fantastic food. We ordered pit beef and turkey on Christmas Eve, and it was unbelievably good! All of our guests loved it. The mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, and green beans were also fantastic.
Thank you all so much. I'm sure it wasn't fun to work on Christmas Eve, but please know that your hard work made our evening enjoyable, stress free, and delicious!

Thank you for the fantastic catering job you did for us on September 24th. A great time was had by all. Even the treat of rain did not dampen our day. The food was simply delicious, and the variety of food had people coming back again and again. A big thank you to Bob and Rob for setting up the tents. Great Job. Dear Matt:
I just wanted to send you a few words regarding our annual picnic that Beefalo Bob's catered last Friday, June 15. The food was wonderful! I have heard nothing but compliments from out staff on the assortment of sides and sandwiches that were provided. The pit beef, ham, and turkey were an absolute hit, and the portions were gigantic! The servers were plesant to work with, and they set up the tables and food in a professional manner. We look forward to working with you in the upcoming year, so we'll be in touch!

I would like to commend one of your employees, Denise. She came to my home for a wedding that took place. At approx. 6:30 p.m. or so, a huge thunderstorm came through. It literally poured rain. She brought the food and all the sides back and forth to the guests in my home. She and the other gentlemen, (I don’t know his name) were totally soaking wet but had the best attitude. The bride was very upset due to the weather, so we certainly didn’t need anymore stress added to the situation. I appreciate their dedication and their attitude in the situation.
